the Mayor's Arts Awards will be held on Tuesday, April 25, at 7 p.m. in Studio A at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, where I am thrilled to be receiving the Mayor's Art Award. I would be delighted if you could join me and my family to celebrate this major milestone.

The International Arts & Peace Festival is a one-day community event dedicated to highlighting artists from musicians, visual artists, photographers, crafts, fashion, and more to not only share their work, but how their work is impacting the surrounding communities.
Paint Out in the Park at Homecoming adds color and creativity to the city’s August celebration, held this year on the grounds of the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center.
Artists paint outdoors at their own pace during the three-day event.

The Hellenic Museum of Michigan is interested in furthering this conversation through creative expression.
Come explore paintings, sculptures, and mixed media works inspired by the sea, presented at the Dearborn Centennial Library in the Rotunda Gallery, beginning Weds June 1 in a new exhibition featuring local talent. This exhibition will create an encouraging and creative setting for the kick-off to the libraries summer reading challenge titled "Oceans of Possibilities"
Twenty artists will be represented in this exhibition, showcasing 40 seaworthy pieces.
